Job summary

The Carroll Companies, through Carroll Hospitality, is seeking a part-time bartender to join our hotel bar team in Greensboro, NC. You will craft classic and creative drinks, ensure guest satisfaction, and support hotel operations with a friendly, professional presence.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years’ experience, preferably in a hotel/hospitality setting. Strong English communication and a trustworthy, punctual mindset are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
Strong English communication skills (verbal, written, reading).
Customer service-oriented with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Plan and present bar menu; take accurate orders and provide high-quality service and verify identification in accordance to state/federal laws and regulations.
Will be required to cook on an as-needed basis.
Assess guests needs and preferences, making recommendations/accommodations, as needed.
Collect payment, balance receipts, and run reports following hotel policies and procedures.
Manage, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Always maintain bar area for cleanliness and appearance.
Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Other duties, as assigned by Management.
