Job summary

You will handle payments, report incidents, maintain clean service areas, and work as part of a hospitality team with full-time and part-time opportunities; benefits include health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service.
• Understand and apply proper ordering, beverage prep and food handling techniques.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while staying flexible.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions about the menu.
• Accurate and prompt order taking.
• Prepare beverages per brand standards.
• Deliver beverages/food to guests promptly.
• Process payments per cash handling and policies.
• Report tips per Company policy and IRS.
• Clean spills and breakages immediately.
• Restock service items and clean equipment.
• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Attend department meetings as scheduled.
• Maintain professional, positive guest interactions.
• Report guest dissatisfaction to management.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
