Job summary

Encore Bloomington is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will work under supervision to ensure events run smoothly and guests are satisfied.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate preferred), 1 year of customer service or AV experience, and a valid driver's license. You may lift up to 50 lbs and must follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceeds customer expectations and maintains positive client relationships.
• Communicates effectively with clients and hotel staff to ensure equipment works properly.
• Completes system entries and paperwork accurately; assists with invoicing when needed.
