Job summary

The AC Hotel Las Vegas Symphony Park, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Accounting Manager to lead the hotel’s accounting operations in Las Vegas. You will compile timely financial reporting, review entries, and supervise the accounting staff in the absence of Finance leadership.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while partnering with the Director of Finance on internal controls, audits, and staff development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in related roles.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of finance principles.
• Ability to train and manage teams.
• Able to read and interpret reports and ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervision and coordination of accounting operations.
• Compile, review, reconcile, and analyze entries for the books.
• Assist with financial statements and reports; ensure timely information.
• Support Payroll, AR, AP, Income Journal, and internal controls.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and direct staff in follow-up.
• In absence of Director/Asst Director, supervise all staff and reports.
• Interface with Front Office and back-office systems; assist audits and deposits.
