Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality's Renaissance Charleston Historic District Hotel is seeking an Accounting Clerk to manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and assist with deposits to keep finances accurate and on track.

You'll support our Property Accountant with payroll and HR-related tasks, handle sensitive information with integrity, and contribute to a fast-paced team that values precision and service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Captain of Cash Flow: manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and deposits.
• Support the Property Accountant with payroll and HR-related tasks.
• Maintain organized filing and ensure confidential information is handled securely.
• Communicate with guests and teammates in a service-first manner and contribute to credit discussions.
• Ensure accurate direct billing and timely account follow-up.
