Job summary

Interstate Batteries in Kentwood, MI is seeking a Hot Shot Driver to deliver batteries to dealers, support warehouse operations, and assist Route Managers. You will run assigned routes, load and unload batteries, and perform general warehousing duties while following safety rules.

You must have a clean driving record and meet driver qualifications. This position is full-time, based in Michigan, with opportunities to support the battery distribution network.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
• Working knowledge of computers or ability to learn applicable systems.
• Working knowledge of electronic inventory management tools is required (tablets, scanners).
• Must have a clean drivers record AND meet driver qualifications requirements
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and/or forklift.
