Job summary

W3Global is seeking a capable field technician to operate hot oiler trucks and support oilfield services. You will monitor gauges, temperatures, and flow rates while performing inspections and basic troubleshooting. The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures, DOT rules, and timely documentation at each site.

Training is provided for the right candidate. The ideal candidate holds a CDL Class A or B, has oilfield or heavy equipment experience, and can work outdoors in varying weather,

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required or insurance eligibility.
• Oilfield/truck experience preferred.
• Hot-oil experience preferred; training available for right candidate.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate field equipment.
• Able to pass drug/alcohol screening and maintain valid driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• CDL Class A or Class B is REQUIRED. This is mandatory for insurance eligibility.
• Oilfield, trucking, heavy equipment, or field-service experience preferred.
• Prior hot-oiling experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate field equipment.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to work extended hours and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hot oiler or fluid-service experience.
• Oilfield/well-servicing experience.
• CDL Class A preferred.
• Tanker and/or HazMat endorsement.

Candidates must have a valid Class A or Class B CDL to be considered. Hot-oiling experience is preferred, but transferable oilfield/CDL experience is encouraged.
