Qualifications

• Culinary training or equivalent (2 years) experience required.
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen workflow.
• Knowledge of weights and measures.
• Able to prioritize work and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift 20 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality food goods in a consistent standardized manner for the full service case.
• Serve customers from hot case and deli.
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization and all sanitation and safety standards.
• Maintain quality assurance and consistency of finished products.
• Assist in recognition and communication of perishables and supplies for the kitchen to superiors.
• Prepare storeroom, freezer, and walk-ins for inventory as needed.

• As needed, prepare the storeroom, freezer, and walk-ins for inventory.

Required Skills
