Demos’ Restaurants is hiring hosts to join our family and receive training to provide award-winning service. You’ll help seat guests, engage with customers, and support servers, all while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude and handling high-volume periods with teamwork.

No experience is required as we offer an extensive training program and flexible schedules, including part-time and full-time options. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, and meal perks.

Responsibilities

• We want to WOW our customers by doing more than just seating customers
• Coachable attitude
• Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building
• Helps bus tables to increase tip pool.
• Work with other servers in a team-oriented environment which includes refilling drinks and running food for other servers
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
• Must have the ability to handle high volume work
