Demos’ Restaurant in Murfreesboro is hiring hosts to join our friendly team. We train you through an award-winning program to maximize your earning potential while delivering great guest experiences.

You will greet customers, assist with seating, and help with bus and running food as part of a teamwork-driven environment. No experience is required; we offer comprehensive training, flexible schedules, and benefits including health insurance and paid vacation.

• Assist in bussing tables to support efficient service and tip pool growth.
• Collaborate with servers to refill drinks and run food as a team.
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, punctuality, and high teamwork standards.
• Handle high volume work with composure and focus.

• We want to WOW our customers by doing more than just seating customers
• Coachable attitude
• Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building
• Helps bus tables to increase tip pool.
• Work with other servers in a team-oriented environment which includes refilling drinks and running food for other servers
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
• Must have the ability to handle high volume work
