Job summary

XPO is seeking a Dockworker (Hostler) in Wisconsin to move trailers, operate forklifts and hostlers, and ensure safe handling of freight. The role requires basic math, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a company pre-hire test.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Basic math skills, with or without a calculator.
• Must pass a company-paid pre-employment test.
• Availability for days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers throughout the property.
• Use pallet jacks and forklifts as required.
• Load freight at least one day per week.
• Operate a hostler in all weather conditions.
• Move and connect/disconnect a dolly weighing ~128 lbs.
• Follow safety policies and scan shipments with handheld devices.
