Job summary

Epic, located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, offers a campus-based Infrastructure Engineering role with relocation assistance. You will design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant hosting architecture, serving enterprise-scale needs across healthcare and beyond.

Epic welcomes all experience levels to join the Hosting team, with opportunities to work on Security, Network, DevOps, Cloud, and related areas while supporting growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS/IS/IT or related field required.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• As a Hosting team member, ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when not followed.
• Escalate potential security incidents with relevant information.
