SPS North America, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Hosts for the Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center in New York, NY.

This seasonal, part-time role (25 hours/week) involves greeting guests, guiding them through the attraction, and sharing safety information to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Shifts run between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, with business hours spanning 7:00 AM–12:00 AM daily.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Meet, greet, and interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
• Provide directions throughout the attraction to maintain smooth guest flow
• Share safety information and helpful insights about Top of the Rock, Rockefeller Center, and NYC
• Admit ticket holders using wireless admission terminals
• Load guests into elevators and manage traffic flow at high-visibility areas
• Identify and resolve guest flow challenges in partnership with leadership
• Actively listen and respond thoughtfully to guest inquiries

Compensation:
The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.

$18 - $18 USD
