Qualifications

• Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California positions.

Responsibilities

• Making a memorable first and last impression.
• Greeting incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner.
• Coordinating the wait and seating Guests with urgency.
• Smiling and having genuine conversations with Guests.
• Knowledgeable about the food and drink menu to upsell products.
• Answering the phone in a prompt and professional manner.
• Assisting throughout the restaurant by bussing tables and delivering food.

Skills
