What You Will Do

This position is responsible for greeting and seating residents and guests in a professional manner and maintaining a customer focused attitude at all times while managing traffic flow and balancing the serving responsibilities among the food servers.

• Greets and seats residents and guests.


• Functions as the resident services contact person during meal periods.


• Processes guest meal charges.


• Assists with orientation and training of new Dining Room personnel.


• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.


• Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.


• Attend in-service classes and staff meetings, as required.


• Dependable and able to meet schedule requirements (attendance and punctuality).


• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
