Job summary

Chili's in Flanders, NJ is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to greet guests and set a warm tone at the door. You will manage the host stand, coordinate the wait list, answer calls, and help teammates during busy shifts.

No prior experience is required; a positive attitude and ability to stand for long periods are the key assets. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules and a welcoming team environment with growth opportunities.
