The Host/Greeter is responsible for creating a warm and memorable first impression by greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout their visit. This role requires strong communication and hospitality skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
