Qualifications

• Experience in a busy hospitality environment is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a high-volume environment.
• Answer phones, direct customers to seating, and answer questions about the pub or property.
• Expedite and deliver food from kitchen to patrons promptly.
• Restock supplies, perform general cleaning, and set tables as needed.
• Work indoors or outdoors seasonally, in smoking and non-smoking areas, while maintaining guest relations.
