Fogo de Chão in Seattle, WA, is looking for a Host/Hostess/Greeter to warmly welcome guests and seat them for a seamless dining experience. This role requires a personable, efficient approach in a fast-paced setting and includes weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest welcomingly and professionally.
• Seat guests at the appropriate tables.
• Organize, stock and clean the front lobby during the shift.
• Manage competing demands and guest requests.
• Bid farewell to guests and thank them for their visit.
• Complete any opening or closing shift duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Greets each guest and facilitates the guest experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Seats each guest at the appropriate tables.
• Organizes, stocks and cleans the front lobby during the shift.
• Manages competing demands.
• Bids farewell to each guest.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Requirements:

• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Benefits and Coverage:

• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Additionally, company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability are provided where allowed.
• We offer a comprehensive voluntary benefits package including Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident Coverage, Permanent Life, and Pet Insurance.
• Part-Time Team Members are offered a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Health plan in addition to Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance.
• Coverage for these plans can start as early as the first of the month following your hire date.
• Additionally, Part-Time Team Members are offered enrollment in voluntary benefits, including Pet Insurance, Legal, and ID Protection.

This position has a pay range that starts at $21.30 and goes up to $25.30. Your rate is dependent upon your relevant work experience.
