Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Host/Hostess/Greeter to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and guide guests to tables, ensuring a smooth, friendly dining experience from arrival to departure.

Hours include weekends and holidays with standing for long periods and light lifting up to 25 lbs. We offer Medical, Dental and Vision insurance after 60 days for full-time team members, company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability, and a voluntary benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and assist guests with seating.
• Able to transport objects up to 25 lbs and pace with a fast service environment.
• Excellent guest-facing communication and a welcoming attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greets each guest and facilitates the guest experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Seats each guest at the appropriate tables and manages front lobby during the shift.
• Bids farewell to each guest and completes any opening/closing duties.

Bids farewell to each guest.Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.Requirements:Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.Must be able to work weekends and holidays.Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability are provided where allowed.
