Specialty Restaurants Corporation in Monterey Park, CA is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to welcome guests and ensure a five-star dining experience. You will manage seating charts, respond to inquiries, take reservations, and coordinate with servers to keep wait times accurate and guests comfortable.

This role emphasizes teamwork and impeccable front-of-house service. You will answer calls, maintain the guest list, and assist colleagues across departments.

• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand and entryway.
• Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including helping with special events.
