Responsibilities

• Greet, interact and bid farewell to guests in a warm and genuine and enthusiastic fashion.
• Use excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written and body language.
• Maintain a cleanandorganized work environment including stocking of supplies, polishing cutlery/glassware, folding napkins, cleaning menus,sanitizing tables, etc.
• Provide lateral service including assisting in clearing tables, carry plates to dishwashing area when needed.
• Maintain guest profile, preferences in a database for distribution to staff.
