Pies & Pints, located in Charleston, WV, is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our fun and energetic dining atmosphere. Your primary role will be to ensure our guests enjoy their time while providing excellent communication and support.

Pies & Pints has been recognized over and over again as some of the best pizza in the country and we’re looking for team members who want to help us continue that tradition. We’ve been covered by the Food Network, the Cooking Channel, and USA Today for our fun and unique pizza creations.

Hours to Apply in person: Monday – Friday: 2 pm – 4 pm

Responsibilities

• Make people happy first and foremost. We exist to put smiles on people’s faces and that is always the first, and most important, responsibility.
• Clearly communicate with guests.
• Greet every guest with a genuine smile in a professional manner.
• Walk guests to their table and engage in conversation as you seat them.
• Keep seating chart organized and follow rotation as you seat the dining room.
• Contribute to the team‑based environment by helping with the general cleanliness of the dining room and bussing tables when needed.
• Answer phones and assist guests with call‑ahead seating or take‑away orders.
