Qualifications

• Three months’ previous experience as a Host/Cashier is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and work as a team.
• Must maintain speed and accuracy to maximize efficiency.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests in the restaurant and manage seating flow.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly service and upsell specials/Chefs feature.
• Maintain cleanliness of host stand and dining area.
• Work with servers and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Record tips from transactions and follow internal controls.
