Job summary

Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group is hiring Hosts/Hostesses/Bussers to greet guests, seat them, and assist the service team in a fast-paced Red Robin environment. You will be part of a friendly front-of-house team, ensuring guests have a positive first impression and smooth dining experience.

We value team players with strong communication skills. At least 16 years old; flexible hours and a fun, engaging workplace are offered with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Prior experience in hospitality a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage flow as a Host/Hostess.
• Seat guests and assist with table readiness.
• Support front of house team and ensure a positive guest experience.
