Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group in Tempe, AZ is seeking a friendly and service-driven Host/Hostess to welcome guests and ensure a great first impression. You will seat guests promptly, manage waitlists, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed.

You should be knowledgeable about the menu, comfortable engaging with guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming area throughout each visit. Collaboration with teammates and familiarity with OpenTable/Toast are a plus.

• Manage the waitlist assist with carry out orders and help deliver food to tables as needed
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service
• Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus
