Job summary

Applebee’s Hornell is seeking friendly Hosts/Hostesses to greet guests, answer calls, and coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth dining operations. You will play a key role in delivering great customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

In this role you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the restaurant, answer phone calls and provide information to guests. In addition, you will collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
