Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano in Naperville, IL is seeking a part-time Host to greet guests, assist with reservations, and guide them to tables. You will provide menus, estimate wait times, and help manage seating to balance workload among staff.

Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for creating the ultimate dining experience for guests.

• Greet customers, assist with reservations, and guide them to their tables
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and menus, and answer initial questions
• Optimize seating to ensure even workload for wait staff
• Answer phones, schedule reservations, perform side work, station set‑up, and light restaurant maintenance

Host Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• High stamina to work on feet for extended periods
