Another Broken Egg Cafe is seeking a Host to join our team and deliver high-quality customer service and hospitality during breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.

You will greet and seat guests, manage the waitlist, and uphold our standards, contributing to a welcoming and efficient dining experience with no night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
• Greet and acknowledge guests with a smile
• Demonstrate professional phone skills and effective communication
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor
• Follow guest check-in procedures and maintain an organized waitlist
• Ensure proper setup of coffee station and restock supplies as needed
• Assist with silverware setup and bussing/resetting tables
• Keep newspaper area, entry rug, and promo area neat and organized
• Perform closing duties including trash collection, cleaning countertops and entry walls, and maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Clean and organize menus and water plants as needed
