Outback Steakhouse in Delaware seeks a friendly Host to warmly greet guests, manage the lobby, and set the pace of the dining room with attentive service. You will seat guests in the dining and bar areas, ensuring a smooth handoff to the service staff and making guests feel welcome in their own home.

You will create memorable first and last impressions while adhering to our hospitality standards, helping deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.
