Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a friendly Host to set the tone for the guest experience, greet guests, and ensure smooth table flow in a fast-paced environment. You will help with reservations, answer questions about our wine and dining experiences, and support the service team to deliver memorable moments.

Applicants should be at least 18, enthusiastic about hospitality, and able to multitask while maintaining a polished appearance. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm from the first interaction.
• Answer guest calls with professionalism and hospitality.
• Set up the host area according to checklists for a smooth shift.
• Maintain a professional image by following appearance and behavior guidelines.
• Track table flow and dining room pacing to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Adjust seating plans to avoid bottlenecks and manage special seating requests.
• Communicate with Managers and Team Members to keep service moving.
• Assist servers and service staff when needed to help the team shine.
• Answer questions about food, wine and experiences with warmth and knowledge.
• Assist with light side work and keep entry area welcoming.
• Maintain phone etiquette when handling reservations.

What You Will Bring
