Qualifications

• Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
• Candidates should be high-energy and able to maintain pace with the team.
• Dependable team player with good attendance record.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Answer questions regarding seating and wait times.
• Ensure guests are satisfied and extend a friendly farewell.
• Assist guests on waiting lists and manage seating flow.
• Coordinate the flow of seating throughout the shift.
• Suggestively upsell menu items as appropriate.
• Observe guests and respond to additional needs.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.

• Answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients
• Ensure guests are satisfied and extend a friendly farewell inviting guests back
• Assist guests when on a waiting list
• Coordinate the flow of seating throughout the shift while maintaining the waiting list
• Suggestively sells all menu items
• Observes guests and responds to any additional needs
• Demonstrating excitement and enthusiasm
• Follows health and safety guidelines
