Overview

Our Hosts play an important role in our daily operations by being our “first and last impression”. Hosts greet Guests with hospitality and professionalism, accurately quoting wait times, seating Guests in a clean and sanitary environment, and accommodating their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
• Accurately quote wait times and seat Guests in a clean, sanitary environment.
• Accommodate Guests with their needs to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Model and uphold House Rules to create an engaging guest experience.
