Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a friendly Host to warmly greet every guest and support smooth seating and wait times. You will play a key role in delivering Legendary Food and Legendary Service as part of a welcoming team environment.

Pay ranges from $7.25 to $12.00 per hour with weekly pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package after eligibility and opportunities for career growth within our culture of recognition and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine welcome.
• Assist guests to provide a positive dining experience.
• Explain menu and promote daily specials where appropriate.
• Maintain clean and organized host stand and waiting area.
• Coordinate with servers to manage seating and wait times.
• Support team with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
• Demonstrate Texas Roadhouse Story and brand values to guests.

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Host to greet every guest with a genuine welcome. Legendary Service starts with our host team and is an important part of the guest experience.

As a Host your responsibilities would include:

• Going out of your way to assist every guest
• Serving our fresh baked bread
• Effectively maintaining our wait and quote times
• Giving our First-Time Guests an extra special welcome
• Telling each guest our legendary Texas Roadhouse Story
• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town
• Exhibiting teamwork
