Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Portage, MI is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests with a warm welcome and set the tone for Legendary Service. You’ll support the host team, manage wait times, and contribute to a fun, guest-focused atmosphere in our busy dining room.

As a Roadie, you’ll enjoy weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and participation in a comprehensive rewards program. Previous experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.

• Ability to maintain positive guest interactions in a fast-paced dining room.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the host stand, providing a genuine welcome.
• Assist guests in seating and managing wait lists.
• Communicate wait times and party sizes clearly to guests and team.
• Support the front of house with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth dining experience.

• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town
• Exhibiting teamwork

Requirements
