Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking friendly hosts to welcome guests, manage seating, and maintain a warm first impression. You will open doors, guide guests to tables, and communicate wait times during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.

• Reliable transportation required.
• FOH positions require 18+ age.

Responsibilities

What we expect of you:

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Open doors and create a friendly, inviting first impression.
• Escort guests to their table and set expectations for their experience.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable with accuracy and care.
• Communicate wait times clearly and professionally during peak volume.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entryway.
• Support the dining room by clearing and resetting tables (bussing) as needed to maintain flow and cleanliness.
• Partner with the Front of House team to ensure smooth, seamless service.
