Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Pasadena, CA is seeking a friendly Host to create a warm first impression, greet guests, manage the waitlist, and help seat guests. You will quote accurate wait times, assist with reservations, and guide guests to our iconic menu and bakery case.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or food service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
• Dependable, dedicated, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Adaptable and patient, taking pride in providing excellent guest relations.
• Team player with a positive, patient attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist.

Compensation Range
$18.57 - $18.57 / Hour
