Job summary

P.F. Chang’s is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostess. You will welcome guests, manage seating, answer questions, and help maintain a smooth restaurant flow.

No prior experience required—we provide training. You’ll join a team that values hospitality, safety, and guest satisfaction, with a pay range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour and benefits based on hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders)
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
• Learn restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses.

Job Summary:

The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They provide a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In the event there is a wait time, quote an accurate wait time and answer any questions the guest may have.

Job Responsibilities:
