About the Role

As a Host, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. From greeting and seating guests to managing takeout orders and supporting the Front-of-House team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Guest Greeting & Seating

• Warmly welcome every guest and provide accurate wait times and seating information.
• Efficiently seat guests while maintaining a balanced dining room.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, reservations, and restaurant policies.
• Thank departing guests to leave them with a positive final impression.

Telephone & Takeout Management

• Operate and manage the multi-line phone system with professionalism.
• Take accurate takeout orders, confirm details, and process payments.
• Assemble and organize takeout orders to meet our high standards.

Front-of-House Support

• Assist servers with bread and water delivery, food running, and table resetting.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the appropriate team member.
• Step in to support the team wherever needed to maintain efficient service.

Cleaning & Organization

• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, entrance, and dining areas.
• Complete assigned opening, running, and closing side work.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant.
