Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Nashville, TN is hiring a friendly host/hostess to warmly welcome guests, manage the wait list, and guide seating to keep the dining room humming.

No prior experience is required; we will train you in the JNN way. You should be organized, calm under pressure, and able to stand for long periods as you help guests feel valued and ready to return.

What You'll Do

Give every guest a warm Southern welcome, manage the wait list and seating flow so the dining room hums, and send everyone off with a genuine invitation to return. You're the first face and the last word, and you set the tone for the whole visit.

You're friendly, organized, and calm when the lobby fills up. You make people feel expected, not processed. No experience required. We'll teach you the JNN way.
