Qualifications

• Must be friendly, guest-focused, and able to greet guests warmly.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine welcome and assist them as needed.
• Seat guests and monitor wait times to keep the flow moving.
• Share the Texas Roadhouse Story with guests to reinforce the brand.
• Demonstrate teamwork and uphold a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized host area and assist with guest seating as needed.
• Provide directions and help guests with special requests as required.

• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town

Requirements
