• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or direct them to digital menu options.
• Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times.

• Organize seating charts and assign tables to servers to maximize efficiency and balance workload.
• Maintain smooth communication between the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
