Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Montgomeryville is looking for a friendly Host to greet guests with a genuine welcome and support our Legendary Service standard. You will contribute to a positive guest experience and help manage restaurant flow.

As a Roadie, you will assist guests, maintain wait times, and share our Texas Roadhouse story while working with a fun, team-oriented culture. Weekly pay and a strong benefits package await eligible employees.

As a Host your responsibilities would include:

• Going out of your way to assist every guest
• Serving our fresh baked bread
• Effectively maintaining our wait and quote times
• Giving our First-Time Guests an extra special welcome
• Telling each guest our legendary Texas Roadhouse Story
• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town
• Exhibiting teamwork
