Job summary

Olive Garden in Melbourne, FL is seeking a friendly host to welcome guests, guide them to tables, and present menus while keeping a clean, safe dining environment. You will contribute to a warm, family-like atmosphere that starts with your smile and conversation.

As a host, you’ll support guest satisfaction by managing flow, sanitizing touchpoints, and thanking guests as they depart, reinforcing Olive Garden's commitment to health, safety, and excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the door and seat them or guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized dining area and ensure guest touchpoints are orderly.
• Assist with guest flow and seating to minimize wait times and maximize comfort.
• Thank guests at departure and invite them back to Olive Garden.
