Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Host to greet every guest with a genuine welcome and to contribute to Legendary Service. Hosts assist guests, maintain wait times, and deliver an extra-special welcome to first-time guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork and a friendly, welcoming dining environment across our restaurant. Roadies are paid weekly and receive a robust total rewards package after meeting eligibility, including medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

As a Host Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Going out of your way to assist every guest

• Giving our First-Time Guests an extra special welcome

• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town

Requirements
