Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is seeking a friendly Host to ensure a smooth flow of the restaurant and deliver an exceptional hospitality experience. You will greet guests, manage wait times, seat guests, and provide a positive first and last impression to every guest.

Training is provided; no prior experience required. You will learn the seating layout, curbside and takeout expectations, and how to coordinate with servers to deliver timely, accurate service while upholding safety and sanitation

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phones, seat guests, take reservations, and take food orders.
• Uphold our high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conduct side-work as required for each shift.

P.F. Chang’s Pay Range (based on experience): $16.00 - $19.00 / hour

Job Summary:

The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They provide a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In the event there is a wait time, quote an accurate wait time and answer any questions the guest may have.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders)

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
