Interlachen Country Club seeks a friendly Host for The Bobby Jones Pub & Grill. Join a team that values honesty, enthusiasm, anticipation, respect, and teamwork while delivering memorable experiences for our members.

The role is part-time with weekend and holiday availability. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced club setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Host/club experience is a plus.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems is a plus.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Enhance member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions.
• Answer phone calls, reservations, and to-go orders accurately and efficiently.
• Offer members and guests a warm greeting and a fond farewell.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and other Club offerings.
• Ensure the host area and restaurant is clean, tidy, and inviting.
• Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs

Availability

• This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
• Weekend availability is required.

Salary, Benefits, and Perks:

• $15-$21 per hour (including base wage and service charge)
