Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews! is seeking a Host to greet guests, seat parties, and manage reservations with a wait list in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The role requires delivering an outstanding first impression and teamwork with the Front of House staff.

You will be responsible for escorting guests to tables and ensuring a smooth dining experience, while maintaining a welcoming and energetic atmosphere that aligns with Red Robin's hospitality ethos.

Host Range: $15.00 - $17.07

Host:

You will be responsible for providing a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor and escorting Guests to tables. You will also take reservations with a wait list when necessary. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must.

Pay Range (Base Pay): Pay range disclosed above.

Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).

Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
