Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Host to greet every guest with a genuine welcome and set the tone for Legendary Service. You will assist guests with seating, manage wait times, and help deliver an exceptional first impression in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a genuine welcome and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests with seating and guide them to their table or area.
• Maintain accurate wait and quote times to manage guest expectations.
• Provide the first impression of the restaurant by delivering Legendary Texas Roadhouse service.
• Contribute to a welcoming, high-energy restaurant atmosphere.
• Demonstrate teamwork with fellow Roadies to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote and describe the Texas Roadhouse Story to guests.

As a Host your responsibilities would include:

• Going out of your way to assist every guest
• Serving our fresh baked bread
• Effectively maintaining our wait and quote times
• Giving our First-Time Guests an extra special welcome
• Telling each guest our legendary Texas Roadhouse Story
• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town
• Exhibiting teamwork
