Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking a Host to greet every guest with a genuine welcome and to contribute to our Legendary Service. The Host will help manage wait times, welcome First-Time Guests, and share our Texas Roadhouse story with guests.

As a Roadie, you will join a friendly team, enjoy flexible schedules, and be part of a culture that values guest experience. We offer weekly pay and a robust benefits package after eligibility, including medical/dental/vision and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet guests warmly and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills required.
• Comfort with serving bread and assisting guests as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming attitude.
• Keep wait and quote times accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist guests and demonstrate friendly, helpful service.
• Convey the Texas Roadhouse story to guests.
• Exhibit teamwork and uphold the friendliest image in town.

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Host to greet every guest with a genuine welcome. Legendary Service starts with our host team and is an important part of the guest experience.

As a Host your responsibilities would include:

• Going out of your way to assist every guest
• Serving our fresh baked bread
• Effectively maintaining our wait and quote times
• Giving our First-Time Guests an extra special welcome
• Telling each guest our legendary Texas Roadhouse Story
• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town
• Exhibiting teamwork
